Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of "The Calm Puppy Method" and any related materials (the "Course") provided by Krishna P Kalwani, trading as PawPartner ("PawPartner," "we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking a purchase button, creating an account, or accessing any part of the Course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have authority to bind the entity you represent) and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Course.

2. The Course

The Course is a digital educational product intended to help owners train puppies using positive reinforcement techniques. It is provided for general educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific behavioral outcome for any individual dog.

3. Licence and Personal Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Course for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share account access, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Course.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Course — including videos, text, graphics, logos, and the PawPartner brand — is owned by Krishna P Kalwani and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Course for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute Course materials;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical protections;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of our systems (including probing, scanning, or introducing malware);
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of PawPartner or any third party;
  • use the Course to provide competing training services without our written consent.

6. Payment, Billing, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which Paddle will calculate and add where required. The Calm Puppy Method is sold as a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription). For full payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please review Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are also covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course, without refund beyond what is required by our Refund Policy or by law, if you: (a) materially breach these Terms; (b) misuse the Course; (c) engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or activity that creates security or legal risk; or (d) repeatedly or seriously violate our Acceptable Use rules.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Course will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result for your dog. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
