This Privacy Policy explains how Krishna P Kalwani, trading as PawPartner ("PawPartner," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, retains, and shares your personal data when you visit our website or purchase "The Calm Puppy Method" (the "Course"). PawPartner is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
1. Data We Collect
- Account and order data: name, email address, country, and order details.
- Payment data: billing information collected and processed by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store your full card details.
- Support data: messages you send us and their contents.
- Marketing data: email address you submit to receive our free 3-Day Calm Start Plan or updates.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and events (via cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API).
2. How We Use Your Data and Legal Bases
- Provide the Course and grant you access — legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Process payments via Paddle — performance of a contract and legal obligation (tax/accounting).
- Customer support — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
- Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
- Marketing emails (only if you opt in) — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Analytics and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel / CAPI) — consent where required, otherwise legitimate interests.
3. Who We Share Data With
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record and payment processor. Paddle handles checkout, payments, tax, invoicing, subscription management, and refunds. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our website and email systems.
- Meta Platforms — for advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data. Some recipients may process data outside your country; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Data Retention
We keep order and account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after your last purchase to comply with tax and accounting obligations. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is typically retained for up to 24 months. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
